Road users are advised that overnight temporary traffic signals will be in operation at two locations on the evening of Thursday 1 October 2026.
The first closure will be approximately 100-metre north of the Invereen roundabout, then the temporary traffic signals will be relocated to the Lynebeg realignment.
The temporary traffic signals will be in place from 18:30 on Thursday 1 October and are expected to remain in operation until 06:00 on Friday 2 October 2026.
The signals will be manually operated to help manage traffic flows and minimise delays wherever possible. Their use is essential to ensure the emergency repair can be completed safely while working in close proximity to live traffic on the A9. Please note, these works are weather dependent and may be subject to change.
